At Sassetta, Dallas’ premier upscale dining venue, designer Jean Liu seamlessly fuses enduring Tuscan architecture with Southern hospitality to create a sophisticated ambiance. Situated within The Joule, a contemporary Italian restaurant is the centerpiece, featuring delectable Mediterranean cuisine, homemade pasta, and signature cocktails. The main dining space is adorned with a bespoke de Gournay fresco portraying rolling hills and majestic mountain peaks, whisking patrons away to the idyllic Tuscan countryside.

Alchemist is famous for unique gastronomic experiences, but the interior of the restaurant is also pleasing the eye. Alchemist can serve up to 50 unique tastings in three or more hours and is one of the most famous restaurants in the world. Studio Duncalf has transformed the former Royal Danish Theater into a space truly befitting one of the most innovative restaurants in the world.
